left my ipod and headphones at home
ive left my ipod and earbuds at home a few times when i went to the gym...every single time i went home to get them. i need music to space out to while im exercising.

All weights tonight and no cardio, but i did 31 sets in right at an hour so my heart rate definitely was up during the lifting
Mostly shoulders and arms with shoulder press, lateral raise, curls and tri press. Also did come crunches, calf extensions, leg press and chest press.

i could have and it only would have been a 10 minute round trip but i was being lazy and didnt feel like it

I learned some valuable stuff, but class was more laid back than usual. Hardly broke a sweat. Hopefully tomorrow is a back to normal and a bit more intense.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu? There's a place next to my house that has free introductory classes. I'm thinking about it.

Yesterday a Shaolin Kung Fu instructor (and a fellow jeweler) showed me some moves to use on anyone that dares to grabbed me by my shoulder. He said I could take down a man his size (6ft 210 lbs) - breaking one to two of said man's bones without much effort on my part.

there isn't a lesson taught by a shaolin kung fu instructor/jeweler that isn't worth heeding, i'd imagine
