As of this morning, I have lost 12 lbs since the holiday/birthday weight gain. My goal is (at least) 30 lbs before our Europe trip in June/July.

Thanks! 14 lbs as of this morning. It’s very hard not to snack while watching tv at night.

I was just weighed a few minutes ago apt the Dr.’s office and 150 with clothes, shoes, wallet, phone and keys on. So probably more like 146. I need to eat

It’s not like I don’t eat much. Just that I eat only moderately badly. know I need to do more strength training, but not sure how to get enough good calories to not be in a deficit
