I wasn't clear. If the Muslims that built the mosque wasn't allowed in, then they wouldn't have been there to get shot in the first place.

I think the use of "hope" in that sentence seems a bit galling - it's a tragedy regardless of who the shooter was.

I expect Spicer misspoke in circumstances where the information wasn't clear.

That strategy could backfire if he waits too long and then the Dems take the House in 2018.
