I caught a few songs of this.

Even my wife commented how good it was.

I listened to some of that solo show yesterday. I had headphones on, and boy let me tell you, being able to hear what the crowd is saying during a Eddie solo show is something else. At one point, he starts off a story with "This day is very special for me..." and some WHACKO girl in the crowd immediately blurts out "BECAUSE YOU AND I ARE HERE TOGETHER."

The crowd is insufferable. All in all he does a good job of handling it most of the time.

I found my old copy of Oslo 2000 and I put it on while taking the car to get inspected. There's an otherwise great run between NAIS and Daughter that gets absolutely sidelined when Wishlist comes on.
In Hiding sounded great on this tour.

Completely agree. A really solid run of songs outside of the Wishlist turd. In particular, that version of NAIS is fantastic, and Daughter with the tag of In The Mood > Hold On is absolute $.
Hail Hail and Black pretty much slay on this, too. IMO the second best show of the Euro tour, just behind Prague and tied with Cardiff.

to this day, I am unable to find a quality soundboard recording of an ed solo show. I know he did the DVD, but there's no official releases beyond that to my knowledge.

I know! Which is why I was so surprised to hear this.

Listening to 2018 bootlegs is such an annoying, frustrating experience because I have to pick up my iPod and skip through 45 seconds of Ed talking after seemingly every song.

Gosh San Diego 2006 is a cracker. Matt is a bit up in the mix vocally on the Avocado songs than I’ve usually heard which is a bit hit or miss but the overall performances are still pretty hot. RVM is also great.

And when he's speaking either Spanish or Portuguese, it's more like 1:30 each song. Sheesh.

Is that the one with Slow Lukin and the awesome version of The End?

ed talk should always be at the end of the track, not the beginning, so you can just hit next

If I hit "next," the iPod won't mark it as listened and it won't show up in my scrobbles. You can see my dilemma.
