Man, all this SG talk made me desire a new album even more.

After going through my audio collection, I've found about 250 shows / recordings (with .txt files) from 1985 - 2015, plus something like 50 or so other shows that don't have .txt files and need to be tracked / archived / organized. There are also like 20 shows I have sitting elsewhere, like on CDRs that need to be ripped. So let's say there's something like 320 - 350 unique sources, of like 270 individual shows (some shows have 2-3 sources, like Reading 1995).

I'll put together a list sometime soon for audio, then I'll start to work on the video. Speaking of video, I have a DVDR of this:



I want to make sure that makes the rounds for those who want it.

What I want to know: if you see my list and you have something that isn't on it, please speak up! I want to make sure the archive is as complete as it can be before people start passing it along.

5-song Ep of which they did a limited run during Badmotorfinger. I think it was 1 original unreleased, 1 demo (or maybe live?) and 3 covers.

5. "Slaves & Bulldozers" (live)

This was only released as a bonusdisc on badmotorfinger, as a limited tour edition. It was never a stand-alone. This RSD release feels just redundant, especially since all of these tracks were released on the excellent compilation: 'Echo of Miles'.

^ Not all. I believe the live version of Slaves hasn't been released anywhere else.

Didn't realise they were releasing it for RSD. Does anyone else think these RSD releases will only help kill vinyl? Not just Soundgarden but all popular bands are releasing these very limited vinyls and it's really driving up the price once they sell out.

Jesus christ you're right. I counted from 1996-2016 and skipped a whole decade.

Its remarkable that those albums sound so good.

The whole second half of DOTU is just incredible.

The badmotorfinger thing is out today...ill listen to the outtakes and the paramount theatre right now.

Great clip from Rhino Records. Isn't that the same place that Everman played a couple of months previously with Nirvana, of which there's also a video?
