i’m like 142...a decent amount of cheat meals, but i make up for it with exercise and lighter meals the other times

I'm not typically a shake guy, but Huel is excellent. Total nutrition, well sourced protein and it tastes better than most (I mix it with milk and frozen berries or peanut butter)

I love salt and vinegar almonds so much, but I find that about half the packages I buy are terrible. Chewy almonds and barely any seasoning. It's still worth the risk, but the days I come home with two bad packages and no good ones really sting.

that would sting. do you not get the blue diamond ones? I've never had an issue with those, that I can recall.
