Improvement!

Average Weight:

Nov. 2022 - 154

June 2023 - 157.4

July 2023 - 158.6

August 2023 - 158.5

Sept 2023 - 161.8

Oct 2023 - 162.9

Nov 2023 - 159.1

Dec 2023 - 156.4

Analysis - seeing some great improvement on my march back to ideal weight of 154ish. Let myself go during the summer and early fall, but lifestyle changes assiting in weight loss.

Prognosis - future looks good.
Jan 2024 - 153.1

Feb. 2024 - 153.8

March 2024 - 153.4

I'm still trying to get back on track. The weather is improving so I'll be riding my bike a lot more. I could stand to lose 15 lbs or so.

too much..put some extra weight on with Paris and London and the stress of moving and packing...the new place has a big gym and a pool and all the walking around the city should shave some off..I'm still always going to pour too much heavy cream on my bowl of morning berries though
