Analysis - seeing some great improvement on my march back to ideal weight of 154ish. Let myself go during the summer and early fall, but lifestyle changes assiting in weight loss.

I'm still trying to get back on track. The weather is improving so I'll be riding my bike a lot more. I could stand to lose 15 lbs or so.

too much..put some extra weight on with Paris and London and the stress of moving and packing...the new place has a big gym and a pool and all the walking around the city should shave some off..I'm still always going to pour too much heavy cream on my bowl of morning berries though

my wife and I were in the nyc roadrunners club for about 10 years..ran a lot of 10k's in Central Park and would also run around the reservoir a few times a week..now I'm a pig
