They really should tear it down and start over. Trade Harden sooner than later to some desperate franchise.

Lue and Billups are nothing hires. Don't hurt, don't help either.

Looking forward to an 8 way trade involving Paul George, James Harden, and Joel Embiid.

So are the Heat going to disrespect Bam as collateral damage for setting their Giannis thirst trap?

Great question. I haven't read much of anything that gives an indication. I know your boy Windhorst reported that Bam and Giannis have the same agent so if neither signs an extension it's an indication of next year. But that seems pretty dumb to me. Giannis isn't reupping now right? He's going to hold ownership to the fire and not give away his leverage. So that doesn't tell us anything. The Heat could very well be so thirsty for a whale that they hold off on extending Bam, but that feels like an extremely risky play. I guess nobody knows yet because we don't have specific numbers but I need to understand how extending Bam now affects Miami's flexibility in 2021. But ultimately you can't do anything to risk losing Bam.

If healthy, he's a very good player at his current contract. A big "if".

He really wants to be in a more glam market though

Well, he really wants to be a max player in '21. I'd be pretty disappointed if that's the best Miami can do then. He can be a nice player IF he's healthy, and if he were a FA I'd offer him a one-year prove it deal, but he's not and I can't imagine making a deal that Indy would accept that I would be good with.

I don't see how he pairs all that well with Jimmy anyway

The NBA should put the Raptors in Seattle for the upcoming season since Canada will still be employing security theater and preventing travel from Toronto.

Meh. I’m not really much of a Kawhi Leonard fan.

I think it's more about preserving a traditional season for the following year AND they don't want to get trounced in the ratings pushing it into the Fall again.

I'd like the season to end in August. It was nice having it on.

Woke Raptors don't want to play in Louisville because of Breonna Taylor. Rappersonics are happening.
