I love The Day I Tried To Live, one of Cornell's all-time great vocals. But, have to give the vote to Like Suicide in this contest. Its a masterpiece.

That time sig on verses of The Day I Tried To Live gets me every time.

These are both way better than the songs from the other match up, and arguably the best 2 songs from the tournament.
Like Suicide.

I just listened to Superunknown today, and Like Suicide is definitely one of the worst songs on it. I'd go:

These are my 2 favorite songs on Superunknown and I'm giving Like Suicide a pity vote because it's way better than Black Hole Sun or Burden in My Hand.

The Day I Try to Live is also my third fav Soundgarden song after Suicide and Slaves, so this round is brutal as shit.

The Day I Try to Live for #1 now, even if Like Suicide or Slaves and Bulldozers should've really been it.

This was the most disappointing thread in the tournament. Can't see The Day I Tried To Live not winning now.

I just listened to Day I Tried to Live last night, and while this is a very good song, Burden in My Hand is significantly better. The finals will not be a tough call for me, unless BHS upsets BIMH
