Syrup, honey and ketchup always go in the pantry. I keep my hot sauces in the fridge. I have two shelves full.

I keep ketchup, mustard, jam, chocolate and peanut butter in the fridge, even if they are not in the fridge in the store.

real maple syrup goes in the fridge because it doesn't have as much sugar in it as the crappy other stuff and it'll go bad and moldy

all other syrup that's ridiculously processed with a TON of sugar can stay in the cabinet

i actually keep worcestershire in the fridge too, but i don't think it's necessary to do so
