I'm not sure what the Eagles need--they hit FA pretty well. I'd lean towards a tackle (Lane Johnson's on the top of my list), but I could be convinced otherwise.
I just have a feeling that even with all the QBs they currently have, Kelly is gonna take Geno Smith if he is there
I didn't know if y'all would be around (hence my comment about leaving the last pick open until tomorrow morning).
I think Eric Fisher (Cen. Mich.) is the top tackle at this point.
Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Geno Smith, QB, W. Virginia
Eric Fisher, OT, Cen. Michigan
if we can get some support for any one of these guys, we'll move on to the next one. We're already past the 12 hours, so once we get a 3rd vote, I'll lock it in and reset the clock for that team from Detroit.
I think Eagles need O-line help and are one of those teams with a lot of problems and probably just need to pass on a skill position guy and stabilize the foundation first. I think Geno just really shouldn't go that high, anyway. I think the Raiders might draft Geno, but that is for a later discussion...
Fisher is the Eagles vote for me.
Lets move to Detroit. With Hanson retiring do they go first round kicker? Do they do vintage Matt Millen and look for a WR bust? Where is Skitch? We should ask him about the Lions before we decide on something.
On to Detroit, and as much as I'd like to give them a kicker or WR, I think they'll go for OL help. They've gone DL first 2 of the last 3 years, they grabbed an OT last year, so I'm thinking Chance Warmack. Although guards never seem to go this early, so maybe this should be Lane Johnson.
Don't forget about the terrible defensive backfield. I'm leaning toward Dee Milliner because I don't know if they can get a CB to help out right away in round two or later. Also, they got Riley Reiff last year to fill one of the tackle spots.
I'd gladly cede this pick to Chris or Skitch, though.

I'd definitely like a Lions fan to have final say over this, but I think CB is one of the few positions this year that a team in this position could wait on drafting in the next round. Also, they lost Cherilus this offseason (for what it's worth).
I'll pick the Lions if Skitch isn't around, but have to log off soon to get some work done, so probably can't get it in until tomorrow. If Skitch wants the pick, he should take it.

1. Ziggy Ansah (DE)
2. Lane Johnson (OT)
3. Dee Milliner (CB)
Everyone knows my preference. Go.
I vote Ansah, b/c Chris supports Ansah.
Sounds good to me, make it so. I do think that if we have a fan of a certain team that's participating, they should just pick for them right away. I know that I'm going to want the Broncos' pick, and I'd assume the same for you and the Pats.
For the Browns, unless Joesanity says otherwise I'd push for Milliner again. Other than Haden they have nothing there.

That's the pick I'd guess, but we'll give Joesanity a chance to add his two cents.
I'm thinking Geno Smith, Ryan Nassib, or Matt Barkley. My pick would be Geno.
do they go first round QB after trading for Palmer? im kinda leaning towards Geno also if he is still there, but they also had a god awful O Line last year so they could take Johnson or Chance Warmack
