CBS says there is surveillance footage of a man carrying multiple backpacks into the explosion area 20 minutes prior to explosions.
FWIW: NY Post says a Saudi national has been ID'd as a suspect. (I'd take with a huge grain of salt given it came from the Post).

This is the first thing I thought as well, someone whose tax payments just buried them.
Also, there is a shit ton of blood on the streets in the live shots. Perhaps it would be better not to show that on TV least it encourage others.
