I can’t really remember to rank very well, but here’s a shot:
1) A Link to the Past - This is flawless
2) Ocarina - Almost perfect, but fuck the water temple. Nothing needs to be that hard.
3) Breath of the Wild - Love it, but I hate how quickly weapons break and how rain can just stop you on the side of a mountain forever.
4) Link Between Worlds - Pretty close to perfect as well, but not really bringing anything new to the table, which is not actually a problem for me
5) The Original - The dungeons are great, but finding them is a crapshoot rapture.
6) Twilight Princess - It’s pretty, but I hate that you’re a goddam wolf half the time.
7 Wind Waker - It just feels uninhabited. Like who am I fighting for?
8) Majora’s Mask - I am probably underrating it, but I get anxiety when there is a time crunch.
9) Zelda 2 - It’s the red-headed step child, but I enjoyed it.
10) Skyward Sword - This would probably be 6th for me if not for waggling the goddam wiimote.

I played Link’s Awakenig and the Oracle games, but I have no memory of them. I have not played Minish Cap, Spirit Tracks, or any others I’m forgetting.

I've heard a few people bitch about the weapons breaking too quick in BOTW, but I really like that it adds another dimension to the combat.

I love the series, but my main complaint about it may be how easy it is to defeat most foes. There have been a few times in BOTW that I got my ass kicked because my "good" weapon broke.

I'm saving the hard mode DLC for a future playthrough a couple years from now.

Link to the Past*
Majoras Mask*
Skyward Sword*
Link Between Worlds*
Phantom Hourglass*
Twilight Princess*
Link's Awakening*

In Legend of Zelda, is that 100% including the second quest?

I think this was an April Fools joke.

We all know Link's Crossbow Training is the only Zelda game worth playing.

I didn't account for Virtual Console (download) releases.
