Sometimes we do. We don’t have a kitchen but we contract various groups to cook onsight during busy hours.

I went to the Midland location of your bar and it was pretty terrible, but then again everything in Midland is terrible.

Yeah, I can't imagine it was a good atmosphere there. This group of bars does very well ingraining themselves into the neighborhood they're in, and Midland is...Midland.
How was the service, though?
