I was pretty good at basketball and baseball in high school but my attempts at playing organized versions of both as an adult have been increasingly disastrous. I'm pretty much retired from team sports at this point.

I've gotta be one of the strongest people here unless we have some closeted power lifters. (At least in a relative sense, maybe not absolute, idk. But maybe even absolute.)

My conditioning has gone to crap in exchange for that strength over the last two years or so, but I've been working on it the last couple of months and it is getting better.

My endurance is poor. I'm still fast as a sprinter, though.

Pretty skilled at most team sports, football/basketball/baseball. Still godawful at golf and still want to get better. I enjoy training on ninja warrior type obstacles, but I'm not great.

Oh, and I'm awesome at both TV tag and freeze tag. I guess you could say I'm the real deal.

I played offensive tackle for my junior high and JV team. Started every game. Never gave up a sack or committed a penalty. I was maybe 180 at the time. Didn't go out for the team my junior or senior years so I could focus on plays/AP classes.

I played point guard in high school, but my hand-eye coordination went into the crapper after age 30.

I had a nasty heat stroke about that time and wonder if that had something to do with it.

k but are you talking percentile or performance. like I bet I have better cardio than 99% of all human beings(which would make me a 9). but if we're talking a range and the best runner in the world is a 10 and the worst is a 1, then I say I am a 7. do you know what I'm getting at?

Is this a contest about who is the best athlete right now? Or in junior high? Or "back when" you were in your prime? Etc.?

I mean, I would still win in any category, I'm just curious about the context.
