It’s a good feeling when a song hits you like that, that you want to listen to it over and over.

I usually have to stop listening to a song after a few days so I dont ruin it.

Yeah, I have to consciously not over-do it to prevent "enjoyment fatigue", and I could never listen to a song twice in a row.

"Enjoyment fatigue" is something I can intellectually understand but not something I have experienced very often (if ever).

Dude I listen to the same song several times in a row ALL THE TIME. One time I listened to Cyndi Lauper's "I Drove All Night" for like an hour straight. I was drugged out of my mind and it was great

I listened to Agnes by Glass Animals about 40 times in a row just the other day. Sometimes I get mesmerized by a song.

Glass Animals are pretty great. Completely understandable.

If i love a song i dont get tired of it. Of course, ill reach for it less and less but i can always put it on and still feel that same excitement i did back when i would listen to it 10 times in a row.
There are numerous songs that ill listen to before moving onto the next track of the album. I guess im like rain man when it comes to this shit.
