This is a good example of latter MPs.

The songwriting and lyrics are kinda solid, but the melodies are unoriginal and the music (particularly the solo) are cheesy AF.

I just feel like it's really beneath them given how unique their early stuff is.

Husker Du is pretty boring I remember.

Punk tends to be a bag genre but there is some good punk.

Shitty punk might be the worst music in existence.

I love Sugar and Mr. Mould's solo albums, but no way can they touch the 3-album run of Zen Arcade --> New Day Rising --> Flip Your Wig.

I decided to play Huevos on my bank run today. Good not great. Second best album cover though.

Mirage is really getting me in a good place today. This is IRS label REM on acid.
