Who knows their stuff and can help me root a tablet? I got a Denver TAC-70051 as a gift today, and the thing is pretty damn useless. I wanted to root it to see if it works better, but I can't figure out how. I'm not that smart, apparently :|

Work gave all the media team Dell Venue 8 Pros a couple of weeks ago. I thought I would hate it, but it's actually a decent little Windows 8 tablet. The screen resolution is not as nice as the iPad Mini or Nexus 7, but text is sharp and the colors are vivid without being over-saturated. And performance is pretty snappy with a quad-core Atom. I've run several desktop apps with no problems and some games. Anyone dead-set on a Windows tab should check it out. Currently $250.
