Either way, he's cheap. If Chubb gets hurt, Hunt's an insurance policy. The x-factor in all of this is Dorsey, who is known for completely fucking up contracts and driving his team into debt. So, I guess, it's just as likely that Dorsey ends up signing both guys to huge deals and the team has no cap flexibility in three years and he gets fired from Cleveland just like he did from KC.
