I've said a million times how much I dislike Harmony Korine as a film maker. I genuinely hate his work. As such, I've not seen Spring Breakers and I have zero desire to give it a shot.

I, am, however, really excited about Beach Bum. I'm going to see it. And if I like it even a little bit, I'll go back and give Spring Breakers a shot. But I'm going to need some shred of proof that Korine has outgrown his own bullshit before I even attempt to watch a movie he made with James Fucking Franco.

I will say that I love any time Franco works anywhere near Tina Fey. His bit parts on both 30 Rock and Date Night are outstanding.

I pretty much like all of his movies, but SB is a masterpiece on its own.

I think there's a good chance you will like this considering that three of your favorite posters, VinylGuy, LV, and myself are all into it. And yes, Korine has finally outgrown his bullshit. It took him awhile but he finally reached your level.
