I think it's because not all the band members were involved in the original recording.

I voted for Hail Hail but I should've voted for Daughter.

Of those songs and the versions listed of them - Breath. More for sentimental reasons and whatnot, but still one of the very few studio songs that has a great solo for the outro. This is the one that really opened my eyes (and ears) to the fact that Pearl Jam was a lot more than just Eddie, LOL....

My favorite PJ song, though, is All Those Yesterdays.

I was so close to going Hail, Hail. My goodness, that Letterman version after all these years is just 100.
