Def Leppard was by far my favorite band during the 80s and when the world premier of the Let's Get Rocked video happened I was beyond excited. By the end of the video I realized I didn't want to get rocked anymore and moved on. It was a long time before I went back and listened to them again.

I like to argue that Def Leppard wasn't a hair band but that video really weakens my case.

Loved Hysteria and Pyromania. I was gutted when Steve Clark passed away and Adrenalize was very disappointing. I saw them twice on the Adrenalize tour ( I won a comp for 2 tix and took a girl who was my first long relationship). I also got free tix to an acoustic show they did supporting the Vault best release in a bar with maybe 50 people. That was pretty cool indeed.

Def Lep was the first band I ever loved; I was about six. My uncle had all their cassettes and played them constantly. I especially liked how the "Hysteria" album cover looked kind of outer spacey and had lots of fun colors on it.

I'll always have a soft spot for them. Their music literally sounds like it was generated by a hit-making corporate algorithm, but I also kind of measure all other music I ever hear against the way it made me feel when I was in first grade.

Never was a fan. I like Photograph and Rock of Ages, but that’s pretty much it.

I wore out my Pyromania tape as a kid. I couldn't get enough of Rock of Ages. I still like it actually.

I just now remembered they had a song called Love Bites.

Even at the height of my Def Leppard love I always fast forwarded past Love Bites.

Other than Pyro and Hysteria there's only a handful of tracks that are necessary.
