Once the dust settles on the presidential election and if Biden wins, this becomes the story. If the GOP holds the Senate for 4 years of a Biden presidency, then he'll get no Supreme Court justices (no matter who retires/dies), probably very few federal judgeships overall, no signature legislation--no nothing, basically. Then whoever the GOP candidate is gets to run on "Biden/Harris got nothing done!" when we hit 2024. Strap in!
