Where's my Music Midtown Festival 2012 Vault release!?!?
I can hook you up
That show was officially released. Vaults aren’t just about vinyl.
That was my point

I'd accept this. Something from June 1998 would work as well. Unless they're just lazy, I'd say we're due for a No Code tour show. But they'll probably be lazy with that, and go with Berlin.

Have we gotten anything from that Vote For Change tour?

"fan made"
I feel like a Vault release from a show that year is logical in the election year of 2020.

Was that not included in the boots that year?

I remember being genuinely excited when they first announced the vault, or the idea of Brett going into it, putting that Vegas show on bandcamp, sharing Rats from Orpheum. Ever since then it’s been so-so. I don’t know anything about mixing, but I imagine some of these shows - most likely ‘98 Tour - are ready to go, complete or not. The band knows there’s a demand for recordings of their live show, especially pre-2000 shows. It’d be great if they bumped up the number of releases per year to, say...three...the wait would be a little more worthwhile. Maybe limit the vinyl copies available to accommodate for more than one show, I don’t know.

If PJ decided to pick a tour year, say 03 or 06 and make every show available on vinyl, that would probably buy them another 2 years or so from fanboy complaining about new music.

if pj releases a ¨ the demos¨ album, that would gain them like 3 years of freedom from making new music for sure.

in reality, listening to a live show on vinyl is an exercise in patience and not the best format whatsoever. similar to standup comedy albums. do i have all of these vault vinyl releases? yes. am i an idiot? most definitely.
that being said, i'd love a (vinyl-only?) live compilation. it works so much better as a vinyl release, but considering what they chose for Live On Ten Legs, i don't have much faith in that route.

I, too, was at this show. However, I met neither B nor Ruddo. There were a few of us PMing back and forth throughout, tho.

Who's out there changing vinyl sides every few songs for a two hour (or more) live show?
Pearl Jam fans are pretty fucking dumb.
