Bro that is just disgusting watery guacamole.

Which reminds me, guac is one of my top dips. Can’t believe I forgot about it. I have gotten more compliments on my guac than probably anything else in my life ever.

Avocado
Salt
Garlic powder
Red chili flakes
Lime juice

That’s it.

substitute garlic power for fresh minced garlic and the red chili flakes for minced jalapeno, and then add cilantro and you're good to go.

Listen to Chris and watch Billy, bammer. Guacamole without jalapeno is a crime. Don't even get me started on garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. What the fuck?

A little cilantro in your guacamole goes a long way.

That guacamole recipe should go down as the biggest RM food folly since Jorge's lasagna.

Garlic is great for adding flavor to many foods, but guacamole isn’t one of them. I tend to feel that garlic is overused in recipes.

Avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, and finely chopped red onions is all it needs. Optional finely chopped jalapeños or habaneros if you can handle the heat.
