Let’s make a realistic setlist if that were actually the case. Assume JK on rhythm guitar. One day to rehearse.

Stone plays on the studio cut of Do the Evolution, unless I'm mistaken.
No Way too, I think.

I'm grateful to the guy streaming the shows in the 10C FB group the last two nights, but man oh man, I wish the dude would shut the hell up.

MD you’re in the Bay Area for one night only. PJ with carousel drummers or Dubs game 6?

Dubs Game 6, but it's close. Not sure how many runs either group has.

I’ve lost track of drummers at this point, but I believe Rich played on SOLAT (can’t wait to hear that) and Josh on RVM.

Also it's not all drummer stuff. Ed was moody as fuck. Something was going on. But he was focused. I haven't seen him that focused since at least 2006. Maybe 2003. Honestly. He stood there aggressively holding the mic and just delivering. Eyes of a madman. The Eddie look. Tons of it. You know it.
This wasn't celebratory Pearl Jam. This was something to prove Pearl Jam. Mike was a possessed mic. And pic throwing mike. Running laps around the stage during state mic.
Stones guitar sounded great. Was worried about that.
And yes the drummers. Both. The "jam" was back in Pearl Jam. Stuverud rules. End of even flow jammed pit. Throw your hatred down outro was jammed out and ended awkwardly but it had more to do with the band lost in the music. Loose. Seeing where the song goes.
RVM middle section. Josh on drums. Short. Different than the past 14 years. But it made the built up hard and fast. Incredible.
Josh plays like Jack irons.
These guys are pushing 60 and they still play by emotion. It's fucking wonderful. Still raw. Still passionate. Sometimes it doesn't always reach a certain level you want but it's always real and In the moment.
Crazy Mary ruled. Josh on drums. It felt very ....Grinding. Groove. Hard hitting yet slow. (The outro jam). It left space for the band to build.
Fucking wonderful show. 30 years into this and they blew me away.
Ed sounded fantastic. FullL bodied. I'm sure playback will reveal current day Ed and that's fine. He was focused and delivered.
Incredible night.

Ed kicked over a monitor. Chuffed wine and spit it out. Lost his temper. Had a fit. Apologized. Said he fucked up (this was after low light. I have no idea what was wrong)
Then went on a small tirade about politicians dividing us. Then a super intense immortality. And from there he kind of just focused on delivering his vocals. I was shocked and I was able to just close my eyes and be swept up into it.
