yeah we just did *mussels last week. I love them. But yes, they are good in a wine sauce. Clams are just good plain or with some butter.

pro-tip: buy the 'meatloaf mix' in the ground meat section to make meatballs with (pork, beef, and veal)

Kind of a deconstructed Reuben. Instead of bread everything is on a bed of potatoes. It’s some sort of recipe my in-laws used to make when they’d go camping.
