I'm pretty enamored with this book. I have too many thoughts to categorize and discuss intelligently at this point, but I feel like a kindred. Our growing up appears to have had a lot in common.

Especially a big fan of, "I considered myself extremely rock and roll, primarily because I had a CD collection and working trivial knowledge which far outshone those of 99% of my peers, but when it came time to pony up, I never had rebellion in my heart. I loved rock and roll ethos because I loved rock and roll music, but it meant nothing to me otherwise."

Finding words I never knew I was missing.

Also, I was pretty convinced(until I got home and checked the internet) that the Dylan Pool was just a thinly veiled pseudonym for RM. I spent longer than I should have trying to figure out who "BOBisGOD_2000" really was.

Thanks for all the kinds words, dct. Being in your signature means a lot. :heartbeat:

The Dylan Pool really was a weird, wonderful place to learn about the internet.

Not that you need to write it, but I feel like I could read an entire book about the Dylan Pool and nothing but the Dylan Pool. Pretty fascinating stuff.
