I've seen it on menus but have always been hesitant for some reason

How expensive we talking here? I think I'm in the same boat. But I'm not sure what price point is deemed "good" caviar?

man, my wife loves the stuff..I do too but not like her...all I know is when she does splurge, her go to can is at whole foods and its around $70...In NYC she used to buy one around $125....good stuff..you can definitely tell a difference in some of them
