No one tonight. But on the 29th, who knows?

Guessing we'll get a Steve Turner/Mark Arm appearance in the encore. Can't decide what song it'll be. Sonic Reducer? Kick Out the Jams? A Green River tune?

If Mudhoney comes on when they are supposed to and plays 40-45 minutes, PJ should still hit the state around 8:35-8:45. I don't know for sure but I assume that's how it's going to go.
Getting really, really excited.
Yep. Are you in GA?
I wish. I'll be in 121, so I'm pretty happy with that.

My guess would be one of the first two but man oh man I could go for "Swallow My Pride". I doubt that comes out until Seattle though, if ever.

Do you like beer? Well, here are 7 great brewpubs and breweries:
Laurelwood Public House
Hopworks Urban Brewery
Horse Brass
Amnesia Brewing
Upright Brewing
Deschutes Brewery & Public House
Gigantic Brewing
Do you like food? A tour of the food carts is always fun, though I don't know how many will be open on Friday. On the other hand, most restaurants will be open. Here are 10 great restaurants:
Dove Vivi (pizza with a cornmeal crust - insanely good)
Apizza Scholls (really great pizza)
Screen Door (southern food)
Pok Pok (Thai street food)
Jade Teahouse (Thai / Vietnamese food, less trendy than Pok Pok)
Pambiche (Cuban food)
Foster Burger (insanely great burger place)
Pine Street Biscuits (legendary breakfast place)
Cricket Cafe (really good breakfast / brunch)
Andina (Peruvian food - expensive but worth it)
Do you like the outdoors? We have many of these nearby, in the Columbia River Gorge:
We also live close to Mount Hood:
Would you rather go to the Coast? Well, that's not too far away as well:
If all else fails, you can always go to Powell's Books downtown. Powell's is the largest independent bookstore in the United States. You can get lost looking for books and you'll always find something awesome there. Hell, you can even find
my book!
Have fun.

I chose not to go GA. Near the top of 122. Also I'll have to watch the Civil War game pre-show, probably at one my favorite dives with a pool table on Hawthorne.

Very true, but... It's become a noxious tourist trap. I used to go there all the time at night after shows and the line was tolerable. I was even an extra in
a music video filmed there. Now that it's been featured on a shit-ton of TV shows, the lines there are totally out of control for the quality of the donuts. It's a fun place to go but there are better donut shops in Portland (specifically
Delicious Donuts, whose donuts are transcendent - though they are closed today).
Don't get me wrong - you should go to Voodoo Donuts. Just don't go there unless you have a lot of time to kill and a craving for a crack-like sugar high resulting from their extra, extra, extra-sweet frosting.

8 predictions for tonight:
Alive (obvious, but also hasn't been played in Portland since 1998)
All Those Yesterdays (scratched off the setlist twice in the past 3 shows, has never been played in Portland)
Hard to Imagine (scratched off the setlist in LA, fits the mood well, never played in Portland)
Kick Out the Jams (with Mudhoney! This one has a really, really good chance of happening)
Rearviewmirror (not played last 2 shows, not played in Portland since 2000)
Spin the Black Circle (they're playing it a lot this tour, not played in Portland since 1998)
Wash (fits the mood, has never been played in Portland)
Who You Are (wild prediction time! It's about time this one returns. Another one never played in Portland.)
Say hello if you see me - I'll be wearing a St. Louis Cardinals sweatshirt.

I'm not actually going to be in Portland for the show - I'm driving down the coast to L.A. after the Seattle show. Still, have fun tonight! Can't believe no Alive since 98...

Not bad. Wash would have been nice. Great show though. Heard a lot of the songs I wanted too.
