Kings of Leon. They were touring for whatever album had sex on fire. The lead singer - blanking on his name - paused in between each song to wait for some roadie to bring him a red solo cup with a drink in it. I’m not kidding. It happened after every song. No flow at all. They sounded like shit too.

Close second was when I saw Smashing Pumpkins at the Hartford Civic Center circa ‘95. They were good until the start of the encore. Corgan talked for about ten minutes before they played a song. Then he talked for 10 more right after. We didn’t stick around much longer.

Fuck Billy corgan.

We had crap seats at Key Arena for KOL and the people in front of us fell asleep. Saw the Pumpkins without Jimmy Chamberlain which really isn’t the Pumpkins.

I saw Dinosaur Jr in a barn. You couldn't hear them. Just sounded like a giant fart exploding. Vocals were barely there. The Lung came off good I guess.

The music was good, but the worst crowd I was ever in was actually a Grimes show. Very aggressive, lots of fights and shitty behavior. Was the most bizarre thing.

The one time I saw Neil young right before he put out that double album n 90% of the songs he played were from it (I never heard them before)

Worst opening band - Blink-182 opening for Primus in 1998 (it sounded like they were all playing different songs at the same time)

Worst headliner - Slightly Stoopid - I went to that show to see the opening band, which is the only time I have ever done that (Ozomatli who was great). The headliner was so bad we left after about 15 minutes or so. G Love and Special Sauce played in between and they were okay.
