Perfect pearl jam song but the best part of the song is due to Neil Young.
I love both of these songs and am fine with either winning.

This may be the most difficult matchup so far. I'm slightly leaning towards Off He Goes; it remains one of the best produced and performed studio recordings they have. But I Got Shit is a great song, too, both in its studio version and the ways in which they morphed it to fit live.

The only problem with I got shit is that they can't replicate the solo live. It's a bummer that they never (afaik) performed it live with Neil. They had plenty of opportunities.

They don’t even do a solo live anymore. It’s just them chugging thru the chords until the end. At least before, Mike would solo, but they’ve not done that in years.

The studio version is untouchable and the live versions are always good. Im super lucky i got it live once.

Ooh, this is a good matchup. Love both of these. I have to go with I Got Id today though.
