Anyone have any tips for going from the Bb/F to the C/G and back on King of Carrot Flowers Pt 1? My wrist gets most of the strain and I'd like it to not.

Don't use your thumb as a brace for the Bb and C. The pivot will keep you from holding that form and stressing your wrist.

So what does your thumb do? Just kinda hover there?
