I just think Cinnabon itself is kind of a bad cinnamon bun. It’s really slimy. You can get a good one usually from the supermarket bakery that is just as unhealthy and cheaper. So I’m not sure I’d seek Cinnabon out at this point in my life

It’s junk good. It’s good in moderation. Just don’t eat it every day. It’s fine.
