Russians aren't terribly effective at fighting wars, and i doubt the story that Putin just woke up one day and decided to take over Europe. They'll be ok.

My compromise proposal is to abolish NATO and sell/ give nuclear bombs to whoever wants them in Eastern Europe. Storing gravity bombs in Germany and Belgium didn't make much sense after 1991, and we should have pulled them from Turkey a while ago.

Nuclear proliferation to stable countries is good actually.

Sanctions won’t save Ukraine, but it’s shown doing something (politics!)

Otherwise option 2, until Russia figures out how to clean up its own mess.

A country needs to get half a dozen nukes at least to justify one of those fancy pants airbase bunker dealies.
