I am utterly flummoxed by the lack of interest in this thread. It's depressing to me that my dear internet friends have no heroes, or worse, that they are afraid of mentioning them. It explains so much, though. How could dull eyed cattle have heroes? How could the modern domesticated and cynical man recognize and appreciate greatness? Sad!
