Do you put anything else on? What kind of milk do you use?
Yeah I don't eat cereal very often anymore but back when I did it was usually just milk (whatever kind was available -- I guess skim milk?). The cereal itself is usually pretty sweet alreadyAnders wrote:I do think cereals in the US usually have more sugar in them.

We always had a sugar bowl on the table; I’d use it to sprinkle a bit onto my cereal. Sometimes if my parents weren't looking, I’d just eat a heaping spoon of sugar from it as well.
