As an ally to the marginalized, I am very vocal about providing a welcome, INCLUSIVE environment for new members or people that may feel threatened or bullied out of creating threads. So I think it's pretty dangerous to remove threads by new members because you didn't like their tone or because they don't use perfect king's (straight white, male) English. A certain mod really needs to take time to reflect and listen to marginalized and oppressed voices and work against white male patriarchal society rather than actively reinforce it.
