For the record, and appropriate to this thread, I've always liked Argo. He's intelligent, thoughtful, endearing, charming, friendly, and sometimes quite funny. It's a shame anybody around here ever gives him a hard time.

There should be a zero-tolerance policy on name-calling, and negative comments about someone’s appearance or intellect. We will treat each other with respect and kindness. It is okay to get frustrated, annoyed, or mad. If you feel those things, it is perfectly normal, and it is okay to tell someone, “hey, I’m mad at you. I’m frustrated. I’m annoyed.” Making hurtful or abusive comments will not help. It will only create bigger hurts.
