Who's a worse person - Logan Roy or Tony Soprano?

Is Jurassic Park a great film?
Logan Roy. He is absolutely terrible to his family. Tony at least tried to be good to his family.

Yes Jurassic Park is great.
tony is a manipulative sociopath!

my roommate is watching the series for the first time. ive seen it at least four, maybe five times. my god, it's just so perfect.

was particularly struck by how tragic adriana's arc is, how devoted she is to chris, how in so many ways he barely thinks about her, how the closest thing to true or ideal love seals the fucking deal for this young, hot moron. devastating stuff.

The Argonaut wrote:You could make the case that Logan thinks he's the hero of the story (and millions of people in his world would agree with that). He doesn't do everything cynically, he has sincere political beliefs that he pursues. Alongside his pursuit of power and wealth. He calculates that all of that is more important than his family.

Tony makes a lot of the same choices, but for a lot less money and for goals he knows not to be noble. He also just often aims guns at people and shoots them. That's just not nice at all
im remembering a scene between the roy brothers when logan more or less admits to giving the people what they want -- death, sex, rage -- and that someone was going to make a buck off of it. also, his political beliefs are inseparable from his pursuit of power and wealth.

it's interesting to me that the standard by which we judge these characters is the extent to which they are or are not nice to their family members.

Tony has been dead for quite some time so I'd guess Logan.
