it's a dark yellow today according to the chart, so I'll have some water now

started off this morning with pale yellow. been drinking lots of water to maintain that level for the day.

Took a water pill to try and shed some of this recent fluid retention.
Pee continues to be light yellow w/ no real smell. Staying hydrated.
Clear path to the gym tonight.

I've been thinking about starting a fart thread as well. I've had some interesting stuff going on since I started consuming more protein shakes and salads.

I got up to pee at about 1130 last night..I never turn the light on and I always know where to stand...I missed the first couple seconds..clean up job this morning..

this reminded me, i used to always have to get up to pee during the night. like 1-2 times.

now i don't

prob bc i stopped doing late night snacking (which leads to late night drinking)
