I’ve always wanted to go, but never did. Likely never will after two major surgeries.

No way I could ever do it. Too afraid the ‘chute wouldn’t open.

Jump off a short one story roof with an umbrella as a kid. Didn’t work out that well.dad wrote:Yeah, definitely don’t try to skydive from that height.bodysnatcher wrote:Friends of mine have done it and loved it but I would never. I can barely get up a 10 foot ladder.

Would be awesome but the anxiety leading up to it would be too much. Also I could see myself not remembering it much cuz I’d black out or disassociate or whatever.

I've always wanted to do it, ever since I saw the opening scene of the first Power Rangers movie

Honestly if your looking for a thrill I'd recommend bungy jumping over skydiving. Thought skydiving would be amazing - and in all fairness it was pretty cool, but your so high up that by the time you start to get any real ground-rush the chute (in theory) is already open

Re: Sky Diving
This makes sense if it's a rush or a thrill you're looking for. But that's not what's interesting or attractive to me about sky diving. Alternately, it's why I never want to go bungy jumping.Rangi Guy wrote:Honestly if your looking for a thrill I'd recommend bungy jumping over skydiving. I’m in the risk averse camp, imagining the chute not opening. I would try the indoor skydiving though even though the probability of twisting or straining myself would be higher than a chute not opening and becoming pancake batter on the surface of the earth.

Yeah, exactly. Sometimes the easier thing is what will get you killed.
