Except in rare cases like Lovie Smith in Houston, most coaches are hired to be there a long time

Now that Ben Johnson is staying in Detroit, I wonder if the door is open for Vrabel to take a job in Washington or Seattle.
I think I heard Aaron Glenn is staying put as well.
