I eat a tuna sandwich for lunch daily. Can't deny that lean protein intake.
A little Duke's mayo, salt, pepper, green onions, splash of pickle juice, with some pickles on the side.
My family thinks I'm weird.

You’re Papa Wease’s kind of gal. He had that for lunch EVERY day with a can of pork ‘n’ beans.

Aren’t you daily tuna eaters worried about mercury?

Meh. I don't eat enough of it to be that concerned. If I was eating multiple cans a day for several months, maybe, but right now it's just workday lunch so I don't have to think about what I'm going to eat. I work from home and am in the middle of a large project, so I'm constantly on the phone with contractors, vendors, and company employees. I'll probably work in more meal variety post-wedding and post-project when I have less mental load.

Water. If I want oil, I'll add it myself. But there's plenty in mayo already.

I was just gifted a sardine lifter, or fork similar to this one. Also if you are on Instagram, there is a guy with an account called Tinned Fish Reviews that is worth a follow.
