It has some redeeming qualities, but it is mostly laughably ridiculous. It's funny to imagine our own badass street thug Ellen jamming to this tune, among many other SP songs. Our own lovable loser street thugclown .

Dude when I was deep diving into SP a little while ago I really gave this song a more than fair chance and for a minute, I could see a glimmer of gold, as I said, but jee wiz sometimes it's just too silly and weird. Billy has lost his way, in general I think, for quite some time. But as I say there is some gold sprinkled throughout it all. Good on you for being such a loyal fan to smell the flowers through all the poop, sincerely.

It's really not that bad when you consider the context. Hooray! is basically a bizarro, showtunes-inspired ditty that, in the "story", is performed by automatons in a long-abandoned amusement park. It's basically a skit! Of course it's ridiculous!

"Knights of Malta" is Billy trying to deliver something poignant and grandiose in earnest. The execution is hilariously poor, and the "ohhhweweweweww wewwww" part is unforgivable. But he's 100% serious.

Context matters.

Also Jorge called it amazing, so the rest of you can kick rocks.
