I'm just talking about the general culture. This forum has aged with me.

I guess what I'm actually looking for is closer to a forum. For restaurant professionals. The thing may not exist. The closest thing I found so far is something that's full of disgruntled line cooks. Or there are a TON of roblox restaurant manager game servers.

It really sounds like you would have benefited from the RM tinychat. Too bad your personal issues make that impossible. You might be surprised to learn that me jorge and lenny have all worked extensively in kitchens and that this was a frequent topic in our discussions. Argo also worked on a kitchen but found the culture untenable so he moved on to working in a library with old ladies that were in his words more his speed.
