we had a realtor friend find our renter..ended up being a friend of theirs so its been great..he pays 6 months up front and just signed another lease for a year..my wife stopped by to get him to sign the new lease since she's in LA this week..its the first time either of us have set foot in there for a year..place looked great..we'll give him another year or so until we sell the place and get the hell out of LA and laugh all the way to the bank..good luck

plus he's always gone on the weekend to Florida or New Orleans which gives us time to party
