Hard disagree. I love the tag. I'm disappointed with any version that doesn't have it. Same with Modern Girl tagged into Not For you.
Ugh. I hate when they do that.

I like his guitar playing and the production flourishes. It's meditative. Super gorgeous cover and song. The melody is an all timer.

Hey, man, I’m always game to take your shots at vinyl culture as friendly japes and to continue being courteous with you, but when you post something like this that is an obvious shot across the bow to the greatness of Harvey Danger then I refuse to be silent.

3 stars.

I like the original and always enjoyed the tag. But this is kind of a slog.

Really love it in the show. Five stars in that context. Four stars out of it.

The lyrics really really apply to the season and the outcomes for certain characters if you listen/ have watched season 3 of the bear.

There’s an instrumental version in Episode 5, if this gets released as a single that’ll probably be the b-side.

Listened to this finally. At first I appreciated that it wasn't an exact replica of the original, which was nice. Not really my thing, i much prefer the original.

But then i noticed that Pete Townsend used to cover this and released a version on a live album, which i had no idea. So I thought, "ah ok, no wonder Ed cover this, that tracks". So i listened, and Ed's cover is basically a cover of Pete's cover, including the sax. Not as original of an interpretation as I thought.

Kind of one of those irrelevant releases for me, it's fun that it exists I suppose. Production is nice though.
