My last 3 movies watched were Alien: Romulus, Alien, and Aliens, and I plan to continue with Alien 3 and Resurrection next (haven't seen the latter)

And then of course Prometheus and Covenant once all that's done. Possibly Romulus again after that, who knows!

Honest assessment of Alien: Resurrection. It was fun. Satisfying like a bag of jack in the box crunchy tacos. Good comfort food while sick, but in no way a path to wellness.

I especially liked the way they built on the xenomorph's range of motion and athleticism in this one.

Still, I miss the eeriness of the first one and the 80s purity of the sequel.

ey i have been watching the series recently, and this one felt way more like a tv series now than i remembered.

Really crossing my fingers for Prometheus getting things back on track. I'll watch that one tomorrow.

Plus it has Brad Dourif. I like the ragtag band of miscreants in this one.

Yeah, a great fun in this Aliens watch party for me so far has been in learning each installments new crew.

I'm on board with this. 3 was one of my most disappointing movie going experiences ever.

Woke up, tested positive once again for Covid, sighed, realized I had the house to myself, and dove straight into Prometheus. Epic visual ride. This was exactly what I was hoping this impromptu Alien universe undertaking was building up to.

What should I watch next after these last three?

Prometheus
